CIV IV Sync Error Fix Empty CIV IV Sync Error Fix

Found this thread on civfanatics.com talking about sync errors between XP and Windows 7/Vista clients. Apparently having the Windows 7 users switch to XP Compatibility mode solves the issue completely, and should allow us to play with random events without fear of a sync doomsday around 1500AD...
